Service Description
How does It work? ZERO commitment booking. Hibachi chef will bring propane gas, a hibachi grill, & food. Price $50.00 Per person $25.00 Per child 10 and under $500.00 Minimum for all parties 20% recommended gratuity which goes 100% to your chef(s), if you enjoy your hibachi event, is not included in per person price. Additional travel & handling fees apply (Based on location 11355, NY) $50 for destinations within a 50-mile radius of our location. Additional $1 per mile for distances exceeding 50 miles. A one-way trip fee applies for round trips. Note: For destinations over 100 miles from our location, a minimum of 15 adults is required. This requirement ensures the best possible experience and cost-effectiveness for longer trips. What do you need to prepare? We bring food, hibachi grill & hibachi chef to your doorstep. All we need from you is getting your table, utensils, plates, decorations and most importantly, your guests ready. Each person gets 1 appetizer, hibachi vegetable, fried rice, 2 proteins of their choice. 🥗Appetizer: Edamame or 2pcs dumplings 🍣Protein Choices Steak, Chicken, Shrimp, Scallops, Salmon, Veggie(tofu), Filet mignon(+$5), Lobster tail (+$10) 🍗Add-on(Side) Orders $10 surcharge: Chicken, steak, shrimp, scallops, salmon, veggie+tofu. +$4 surcharge: Noodles +$15 surcharge: Filet mignon +$20 surcharge: Lobster tail 🍣 Sushi ---$60 per bento box Our spread of 60 pieces includes a variety of rolls such as California roll, spicy tuna roll, spicy crab roll, salmon avocado roll, tuna avocado roll, and veggie rolls. Total of 60 pcs. Serves up to 10 guests. Once the booking is completed, you will receive a booking confirmation email with the FOOD order details form.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy: A $200 deposit is required after we have confirmed your booking request. In case of inclement weather, customer is expected to provide a covered area for our chefs to stay dry under (such as tent or awning). Please note that a 72-hour notice is required for all cancellations, including those due to inclement weather or rescheduled parties. Failure to provide this notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. This policy ensures our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences remains unaffected. Punctuality Policy: Events cannot be delayed or extended, as our chefs need to adhere to strict schedules to accommodate subsequent bookings. Please note: Yummy Hibachi Catering LLC, its agents, employees, directors, and representatives (collectively, "Yummy Hibachi") are not responsible for any damage to property occurring on the premises where the event is held (the "Event Site"). This includes, but is not limited to, damage to any real or personal property at the Event Site, regardless of the cause. By hosting an event with Yummy Hibachi, you, the license (host), on behalf of yourself and your guests, agree to release, waive, and forever discharge Yummy Hibachi from any claims, actions, or liabilities for property loss, damage, or destruction that may arise before, during, or after the event, irrespective of the cause. This waiver is intended as a comprehensive release of liability to prevent any future claims or litigation against Yummy Hibachi for property-related issues at the Event Site.
